Parcelling (splitting, division of parcels, reports preparation)

Parcelling of land is a procedure of changing the shape and surface of a parcel in the cadastre and land registry. The basis for the procedure is an appropriate urbanistic document (an excerpt from the regulatory plan or urban-technical conditions).

Parcels splitting can be carried out at client’s request, with a goal of implementing a valid notarial contract. Generally, one cadastral parcel is divided into more of them or more parcels are merged into one.

Parcelling is performed through parcelling studies for which initiation the following documents are required for the subject parcel:
