Parcelling of land is a procedure of changing the shape and surface of a parcel in the cadastre and land registry. The basis for the procedure is an appropriate urbanistic document (an excerpt from the regulatory plan or urban-technical conditions).
Parcels splitting can be carried out at client’s request, with a goal of implementing a valid notarial contract. Generally, one cadastral parcel is divided into more of them or more parcels are merged into one.
